Nestled in the trees of Castro Valley, CA, Cull Canyon is a Mid century modern Japandi fusion to give an earthy, clean, and moody at night vibe. Jade greens, warm woods, green marble stone, classic mid century modern and Japandi light fixtures tie together the soft fusion of the styles. The structure of the house moves with the terrain, with the details bringing the outside in.

This ultra modern home needed something more than a traditional design. The client request was for the house to feel like a cocktail lounge throughout the entire center, dedicated for evening entertaining and moody vibes. Black leathers, solid heavy marbles, chrome, and dark woods continue as a theme throughout to make the vibe at night a dark moody masculine lounge.

A Japandi Fusion with desert modern, Joan De Arc was designed with the intent of the bathrooms feeling like a spa, and the home having a light airy modern feeling with character.

This historic home by Arizona architect Ralph Haver is nestled in a neighborhood of Havers in Arcadia, AZ. The remodel focused on preserving the original architect’s vision and modernizing in a tasteful way. In collaboration with Joel Contreras Design, we added an addition to the right of the home that seamlessly integrates the front of the house into the backyard landscape.

In collaboration with Joel Contreras Design, Project Kiowa is a fusion of desert modern with farmhouse modern. Featuring polished concrete in the addition of the home, the front of the house blends seamlessly with the addition while being distinct. Light woods, light grey concretes, are contrasted with dark and moody bathrooms.

Featuring a historic Georgetown row house, this project is the ultimate moodiest and color drenched vibe. Deep colors, contrasting colors and materials, and an eclectic feeling permeate the first floor.
