Arizona Canal Residential and Commercial Concept

Spanning the Arizona Canal off of Camelback and Scottsdale Road, Riparian Reach is a sustainable take on housing. With a design spanning the canal, the condos took the form of a Jenga tower coming apart to create a garden apartment like community with emphasis of walking throughout a nature forward concept.
