Welcome to First and Last, a Modern American Bistro in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. We took the historic bones of this downtown building on Roosevelt and 3rd, and preserved it’s character. The client asked for plants, light and bohemian, and a sexy nighttime vibe, and we understood the assignment.
